Seas of flowers and splendid feathers are brought to the stage in this play by award-winning dancer and illusionist Moses Pendleton. 10 dancers from his modern dance company Momix represent the wonders of nature in an acrobatic manner: flowing movements, gaudy costumes, seemingly surrealistic figures. Bad things
Wanted: bad taste! For this exhibition at least, where a historical search for lapses of taste is being conducted. What is taste really? And who decides what is good or bad, pretty or ugly? Gustav Pazaurek for example, who put together in 1912 a complex catalogue of criteria to detect bad taste. From objects from his collection to contemporary kitsch, this show creates an encyclopaedia of bad taste with over 500 exhibits. Tastefuly dreadful, funny, in-your-face – and at times, even pretty.

Well, this tip is here because someone recently tried to break into the home of a CitySpotterGirl co-worker. And since this doesn't happen rarely in Vienna, the Wien Energie-Haus organises a day of action on the subject. There will be demonstrations of door locks, security doors, alarm systems and safes. We can discover how easy it is to break into some apartments – and the criminal police advisory centre shows how we can protect ourselves. At the end, a lecture tells about "Vienna's dark side – spectacular breakins of the 19th century."

Ströck Feierabend
Well, it’s really buzzing! Since the place opened up two weeks ago, one has to fight to find a table. But it's worth it! The bakery Ströck has opened its first restaurant next to one of its stores – urban, chic, inviting. Bread plays the leading role on the menu, from the bread salad with a wild herb dressing to the fried chicken that was coated in special breadcrumbs (it actually tastes different). The ingredients come from small organic farms, the vegetables from their own garden in the 22nd district. Everything tastes great, and the service remains super friendly despite all the stress.
